Emergency Department of Wenzhou People's Hospital accepts patients with acute, critical and serious illnesses 24 hours a day and offers them one-stop emergency medical services. To make you get medical treatment more conveniently, we introduce you to the overall process of our emergency medical treatment.

1.If this is your first visit to our Emergency Department, you need to go to its pre-screening triage desk to get a pre-screening triage receipt, and then go to the Registration and Payment Counter to register for a visiting card with your social security card or ID card or passport and the pre-screening ticket. Without any identity documents with you, you can also fill out a patient information registration form and use it to apply for a visiting card.

2.Afterwards, you need to go to the emergency pre-screening triage desk to have your vital signs measured. Pre-screening triage nurses will arrange you to the corresponding emergency room based on your symptoms, and if you have hospital-visiting record before, you can register at the pre-screening triage desk by presenting your social security card or visiting card.

3.Next, go to the corresponding consulting room according to the triage condition. When your number and name are called by the calling system at the entrance, you will be admitted to the corresponding consulting room.

4.After consultation, you can pay the fee by scanning the code directly at the doctor's office, or going to the Registration and Payment window, and get the checklist. With the checklist in your hand, you can go to the corresponding place for registration and examination.

5.The emergency blood test window is in the glass room to the right of Emergency Registration and Payment on the 1st floor, and DR and CT rooms are opposite Emergency Registration and Payment. If you have B-scan or electrocardiogram, you need to go back to the Emergency Triage Desk to inform the nurses, who will arrange for examination for you.

6.Emergency blood test reports can be printed on self-service machines in the clinic lobby in 30 minutes to one hour, and CT reports can be printed in one hour.

7.When all your test reports are completed, you need to go to the emergency triage desk to obtain a follow-up number, the triage nurse will prioritize further consultation for you, and when your number and name are called by the calling system, you will be directly admitted to the consultation room for further consultation.

8.After consultation, you can pay the fee by scanning the code directly in the doctor's office, or going to the Registration and Payment window, and then go to the emergency pharmacy to get the medicine. If you need infusion, please go to the infusion center in area C on the 1st floor for infusion.

9.If you are diagnosed with serious condition by a doctor or nurse, they will help you get to the emergency room for observation and further treatment. If you need help, you can ask any of the medical personnel or security staff in the emergency lobby for assistance.
