Wenzhou People's Hospital sets up four ethics committees, namely Wenzhou People's Hospital Ethics Committee, Reproductive Medicine Ethics Committee of Wenzhou People's Hospital, Maternal-fetal Medicine Ethics Committee of Wenzhou Women's and Children's Hospital, and Clinical Trial Ethics Committee of Wenzhou People's Hospital. 

The Ethics Committee has reasonable personnel structure and perfect mechanism and system, with an average of 800 ethical applications reviewed each year. In order to improve the efficiency of ethics approval and provide staff with convenient services, the hospital implements the "One-stop Service" to have developed OA ethical review process within the hospital, and realize paperless management of ethical review.
