On the afternoon of November 8, twenty five first-year international students from Wenzhou Medical University came to Wenzhou People's Hospital, where they received pre-job training and learned professional first-aid knowledge in the Skill Center for the first time.

At the beginning of the training, Yang Xiaokai (the head of Scientific Education Department) welcomed the arrival of the international students. Then, Zheng Ningning of Scientific Education Department made the introductions for them from four aspects related to the hospital: history, present situation, culture and job rotation. They all listened very attentively.

CPR is undoubtedly a very important lesson for newly-enrolled international students. Wu Ruike (a teacher from Emergency Department) gave the whole lecture in fluent English. Meanwhile, Zhu Liuyan (a teacher from General Practice Department) and Zhou Rongrong (a teacher from Skill Center) carefully instructed and corrected the students' movements. At the end of the training, the students asked a lot of questions, such as how to judge whether the patients’ breathing is comparatively weak or really unconscious, etc. It was obvious that they were actively thinking while listening to the lecture!

Finally, the pre-job training came to an end with happy laughter and cheerful voices. The students were happy to take a group photo together to freeze the moment. We would like to sincerely wish all the international students all the best in your future study life.
